The Rules:

Referral Program Terms

Simple. Transparent. No fine print tricks.

  1. Who Can Refer: Anyone. Candidates, clients, vendors, your neighbors, your Uber driver, your Starbucks barista. If you’re not a JobFusion employee, you’re eligible.

  2. What counts as a Qualified Referral:

    a. First Introduction - The person or company is not already in JobFusion’s database or active pipeline. We’ll check. First come, first served.

    b. Warm Opt-In - You have the person’s permission to refer them. No cold Linkedin profiles, no resume dumps from your database, no “I found this guy online.” The person must know you’re sending them and be open to a conversation.

    c. Email Intro Required - You must make a direct email introduction CC’ing Referrals@jobfusionrecruiting.com. Forms are find for initial submission, but no fee is paid until you’ve made a live intro.

    d. No Professional Recruiters - Referrals from agency recruiters, RPO firms, or staffing competitors don’t qualify.

  3. When You’re Paid: Within 30 days after the new hire completes his/her guarantee period:

    Contingency / JobFusion Select: 30 days

    Engaged / JobFusion Partner or Executive: 60 days

    Platinum: 90 days

  4. Taxes: Referral fees over $600 / year require a W-9 and we’ll issue a 1099. That’s IRS law, not us.

  5. No Self-Referrals: You can’t refer yourself for a job. You can however refer your company for a search

  6. Exclusions: No fees for roles JobFusion is not actively retained on No fees if hire is terminated for cause, or leaves during the guarantee period.
