With nearly 30 years of recruiting experience across both in-house and agency environments, I bring both strategic rigor and human insight to every partnership.

Before founding JobFusion Recruiting Group, I led technical recruiting efforts, and partnered with engineering leadership in-house for fast-scaling tech companies. I also worked on the agency side spearheading specialized talent solutions in complex, highly regulated manufacturing and industrial sectors. Understanding both the urgency of the agency side, and the need for quality in-house, has given me the experience to bullseye candidates for presentation.

Outside of recruiting, I’ve performed as a Stand Up Comic for over 800 shows. I like to think I’m one of the few recruiters who has followed Jerry Seinfeld on stage! That stage experience sharpened my ability to read people, read a room, connect quickly, and deliver results under pressure - skills that serve my clients well every single day. Plus I’m fun to talk to!
